Návrh bytového domu pro seniory se zaměřením na denní osvětlení

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem pavlačového bytového domu pro seniory se zaměřením na denní osvětlení. Hlavním cílem návrhu je vytvoření kvalitního bydlení pro seniory, při zachování nízkých nákladů na pořízení a provoz bytového domu. Konstrukční a materiálové řešení klade důraz na zjednodušení výstavby při zachování požadovaného dispozičního řešení. Z hlediska stavební fyziky je bytový dům posuzován v následujících faktorech – tepelná technika, akustika a denní osvětlení. Tepelně technický návrh hodnotí především šíření vlhkosti v konstrukcích a součinitel prostupu tepla, tak aby bylo dosaženo požadavků pro pasivní domy. V další části je hodnocena akustika stavebních konstrukcí z hlediska vzduchové a kročejové neprůzvučnosti. Pro posouzení proslunění a denního osvětlení byly vybrány kritické byty a místnosti, které byly porovnány s normovými požadavky. V případě nevyhovujících prostorů jsou navrženy takové stavební úpravy, aby bylo dosaženo normových požadavků.This bachelor thesis deals with the design of gallery apartment building for seniors, with focus on daylight. The main objective of the design is to create a quality living for seniors, while maintaining low cost for acquisition and service of the apartment building. Constructional and material solution emphasizes of simplification of construction to preserve required layout solution. In terms of building physics the apartment building is the most influenced in following factors – thermal protection, acoustics and daylight. The thermal engineering design evaluates the spread of moisture and heat transfer coefficient so the requirement for passive houses would be achieved. In the next part the acoustics of the building construction is assessed in terms of airborne and impact sound. For the assessment of insolation and daylight were chosen critical flats and rooms, which were compared with requirement of standard. In the case of unsatisfactory area is the construction work designed the way to achieve the requirement of standards.
