Metodika hodnocení kvality návrhu komunitních center z pohledu udržitelné výstavby

Abstract

Diplomová práce analyzuje stávající metodiky SBToolCZ. Na základě této analýzy sestavuje nová kritéria potřebná pro hodnocení komunitních center. Kritéria metodiky jsou rozdělena do čtyř kategorií. V této práci jsou klíčová sociální kritéria, která se u komunitních center nejvíce liší od jiných typů staveb. Nově stanovená kritéria jsou ověřena na několika stávajících komunitních centrech. V praktické části práce jsou aplikovány získané poznatky na hodnocení studie komunitního centra v Novém Strašecí a na základě toho je již existující studie upravena, tak aby vyhovovala navrženým standardům. V závěru práce je jednotlivým kritériím stanovena váha v rámci komplexního hodnocení budov.This thesis analyses the existing methodology of SBToolCZ. On the basis of this analysis, new criteria necessary for evaluation of community centers are formulated. Criteria of the methodology are divided into four cathegories. Social criteria are crucial for this thesis, as social criteria for community centers differ significantly from social criteria for other types of buildings. The newly formulated criteria are verified on several existing community centers. In the practical application part of this thesis, the lessons learned are applied on the community center in Nové Strašecí evaluation study, and on the basis of the results the evaluation study is modified so that it abides by the newly formulated standards. In the conclusion of this thesis, each criterion is assigned a weight within the complex building evaluation.
