Návrh efektivních protipovodňových opatření v obcích Hořenice, Heřmanice a Brod

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh protipovodňového opatření v obcích Hořenice, Heřmanice a Brod na řece Labi. Bude provedeno posouzení vlivu na odtokové poměry pomocí stávajícího matematického modelu, posouzení vlivu po hydrologických celcích, posouzení ekonomické efektivnosti a posouzení semikvantitativní metodou matice rizika. Budou vytvořeny mapy ohrožení pro stávající stav a návrhový stav s protipovodňovým opatřením. V závěru budou zhodnoceny výstupy jednotlivých posouzení návrhu protipovodňového opatření.The aim of this diploma thesis is design of the flood protection measures in the villages Hořenice, Heřmanice and Brod by the Labe river. The main parts of the thesis are assessment of the impact on runoff conditions using existing mathematical model, assessment of the impact on the hydrological units, assessment of the economic efficiency and assessment by the semiquantitative method of the risk matrix. Threat maps will be created, for the current state and for the design state with flood protection measures. In the end, the outputs of individual assessments of the design of the flood protection measures will be evaluated.
