Zavedení systému řízení do začínající stavební firmy

Abstract

Tato práce je věnována procesnímu řízení ve stavební firmě. Jako případová studie je v práci zkoumána firma Ardem Stavební s.r.o., která působí na českém trhu od roku 2017. Problémem ve společnosti je chaotičnost procesů a absence jejich posloupnosti a návaznosti na sebe. To může vést k reputačním rizikům, a také ke ztrátě potenciálních zakázek. Práce obsahuje stanovení a vymezení problému ve společnosti, zmapování procesů, návrh na implementaci procesního managementu do uvedené stavební firmy, a také finanční náklady a dopad zavedení řízení procesů v dané společnosti. Procesy, které ve stavebních podnicích probíhají, přímo ovlivňují základní cíl fungování podniku. Proces získání zakázky je velmi náročný: získání zakázky, samotná realizace stavby, postavební práce, to vše přímo souvisí s nákladovostí a ziskem. V procesu získání zakázky je velice důležité uhlídat rozpočet a nejít pod cenu. Procesní management je vhodným nástrojem, jak tuto cenu předem správně spočítat a stanovit si racionální odchylky, informovat o nich zákazníka a ukotvit tyto informace ve smlouvě, aby pak nedocházelo k problémům.This work is devoted to process management in a construction company. As a case study, the work of the company Ardem Stavební s.r.o., which has been operating on the Czech market since 2017, is analyzed. The problem in the company is the chaotic nature of processes and the absence of their sequence and connection to each other. This can lead to reputational risks and also to the loss of potential orders. The thesis contains the definition of the problem in the company, process mapping, proposal for the implementation of process management in the construction company, as well as the financial costs and the impact of the introduction of process management in the company. The processes that take place in construction companies directly affect the basic goal of the company's operation. The process of obtaining an order is very demanding: obtaining the order, the actual implementation of the construction, construction work, all directly related to cost and profit. In the process of winning a contract, it is very important to keep an eye on the budget and not go below cost. Process management is a suitable tool for correctly calculating this price in advance and determining rational deviations, informing the customer about them and anchoring this information in the contract, so that no problem occurs.
