Abstrakt

Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexním urbanisticko - architektonickým návrhem nového obytného souboru Suchdol - Sedlec. Urbanistická část projektu obsahuje analýzu současného stavu, návrh struktury zástavby a řešení veřejného prostranství s výběrem městského mobiliáře a povrchů. Architektonická část vybrané stavby v úrovni objemové studie má za cíl prověřit reálnost a vhodnost urbanistického řešení. Dále je zde řešena koncepce dopravní a technické infrastruktury.

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of complex urbanistic-architectural design of a new residential complex in Suchdol - Sedlec. The urbanistic part of the project includes analysis of the current state, the design of the structure and solution of a public space with a selection of urban fitment and surfaces. The architectural part of the selected structure marginally aims to prove the objectivity and suitability of the urbanistic solution. Furthermore a concept of transport and technical infrastructure is discussed.
