Polyfunkční dům Vilapark Spiritka, Praha 6

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh polyfunkčního domu na Praze 6 - Břevnov. Návrh navazuje na předdiplomní projekt urbanistické studie nevyužívaného území za stadionem Strahov. Celková myšlenka vychází z principů zahradního města. Zeleň byla v urbanistickém návrhu určující, zároveň byl cíl využít výhledové možnosti dané lokality. Řešeným objektem je tudíž výšková budova, která vytvaří hlavní dominantu navržené zástavby. Jedná se o štíhlý vysoký kvádr, na který je posazen předsazený rám.The subject of this thesis was to design a multipurpose building in a location of Prague 6 - Břevnov. This thesis is a continuation of pre-diploma project focused on an urban study of an area located nearby Strahov stadium. The idea of this project has an origin in the principles of Garden cities. The main goal was to focus on the viridity and a practical usage of a scenic look-out which are the main attributes of the location. Therefore, a multilevel building which serves as a dominant object in the area turned out to be the best solution for the final project. The building itself is a slender tower onto which an overhanging frame was placed.
