Wellness hotel, Praha 13

Abstract

V lokalitě Centrálního parku MČ Praha 13 v kontaktu s plaveckým centrem byl navržen v rámci diplomové práce 5* Wellness hotel v klidové zóně pod rušnou ulicí Jeremiášovou na jižním svahu s výhledem do Prokopského údolí. Architektonickým záměrem bylo vytvořit jednoznačné rozčlenění Wellness a hotelové části, zároveň však jejich propojení. Proto vznikly čtyři hlavní objekty-3 pro hotel a jeden pro Wellness. Hotelové objekty mají podobný charakter a rastr členění fasády. Gradují zvyšováním podlaží směrem na západ kde je tato kompozice zakončena věží Wellnessu. Objekt wellnessu se liší jak dispozičním tak materiálovým a fasádním řešením a plní jasně svou funkci prostoru pro relax a zábavu. Objekt porušuje osu hotelu vybočením, natočením na příjezdovou cestu a tím vybízí ke vstupu a dále pomyslně uzavírá a svojí prosklenou fasádou zastíněnou bílými lamelami, zakončuje celkovou architektonickou kompozici stavby. Velikostně má hotel 84 pokojů (168 lůžek). Provoz hotelu je rozšířen o beauty, wellness, konferenční sály a restauraci.In the location of the Central Park of the Prague 13 district in contact with the swimming center, a 5 * Wellness hotel was designed as part of the diplom thesis. In a quiet zone below Jeremiášová Street on the southern side overlooking the Prokop Valley. The architectural intention was to create a clear division of the Wellness and Hotel parts, but at the same time to connect them. Therefore, four main buildings were created-3 for the hotel and one for Wellness. The hotel buildings have a similar character and raster division of the facade. They graduate by raising the floor to the west where this composition ends with the Wellness Tower. The wellness building differs in both layout and material and façade solutions and clearly fulfills its function as a space for relaxation and entertainment. The building breaks the axis of the hotel by deviating, and with its glass facade shaded by white lamellas, completes the overall architectural composition of the building. The hotel has a size of 84 rooms (168 beds). The operation of the hotel is extended by beauty, wellness, conference halls and a restaurant.
