Finanční analýza: Porovnání dvou stavebních podniků se stejným oborem podnikání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční analýzu dvou stavebních podniků se stejným oborem podnikání a jejich srovnání a vyhodnocení. Práce je zpracována do dvou částí. První část je věnovaná základním popisům finanční analýzy, vstupním údajům a jednotlivým principům, metodám, ukazatelům a postupům. Část druhá se zabývá praktickou stránkou bakalářské práce a jsou zde aplikovány postupy uvedené v teoretické části na oba zkoumané subjekty.This bachelor’s thesis deals with the financial analysis of two construction companies with the same field of business and their subsequent comparison and evaluation. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to the basic description of financial analysis, input data, individual principles, methods, indicators and procedures. The other part of the thesis covers a practical point of view. Here, all the procedures mentioned in the first part are applied to both construction companies.
