Abstract
Obsahem práce je vymezení teoretické metodologie sloužící ke komplexnímu ocenění podniku, z níž vycházejí praktické části strate-gické a finanční analýzy, analýzy generátorů hodnot, tvorba finančního plánu a následné finální ocenění podniku. Cílem práce bylo stanovení hodnoty podniku PETROF, spol. s r.o., pro potřeby jednoho z jeho vlastníků za účelem odprodeje podílu ve firmě. Tohoto cíle bylo dosaženo za pomoci každé ze tří metod ocenění firmy, tedy metoda výnosová, tržní a majetková.
The contents of this master thesis is definition of theoretical concepts used in the determination of the firm value. This theoretical framework is then used in the practical part, which is divided into strategical analysis, financial analysis, analysis of value generators, construction of a financial plan and finally the valuation itself. The goal of the thesis was to determine the value of PETROF, spol. s r.o. company for further purposes of one of its co-owners. This goal has been met by using all of the three valuation models, which are earnings approach, asset based approach ,and market value approach.
