Fundamentální analýza vybraného podniku působícího v bankovnictví

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provedení fundamentální analýzy akcie Společnosti X a výpočet její vnitřní hodnoty. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy a přístupy fundamentální analýzy. Druhá část se věnuje konkrétním výpočtům. Dle těchto výsledků je poté vytvořena investiční strategie pro nové potenciální investory, jejímž cílem je poskytnout doporučení zda akcie Společnosti X držet nebo je prodávat.The aim of this diploma thesis is to carry out the fundamental analysis of the share of selected company X which is from bank sector and calculate its intrinsic value. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. At the first is theoretical part and the second is practical part. In the theoretical part there are defined basic terms and methods of fundamental analysis. Practical part is dedicated to specific calculations. Based on these results, an investment strategy is created for new potential investors. The aim of this strategy is to provide recommendations whether to hold or sell company's shares.
