Abstract
Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat personální práci ve společnosti ABCD, s. r. o. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o hlavních personálních činnostech. Praktická část se zaměřuje na posouzení a analýzu personální práce ve vybrané společnosti. Diplomová práce je zpracována na základě odborné literatury, interních dokumentů, internetových zdrojů a dotazování.
The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze personnel work at a company named ABCD, s. r. o. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about the main personnel activities. The practical part focuses on the assessment and analysis of personnel work in the organization. The diploma thesis is based on scientific literature, internal documents, internet sources and interviewing.
