Analýza dopadů změny řízení sekundární regulace - aFRR

Abstract

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá popisem současné podoby podpůrných služeb v České republice s důrazem na sekundární regulaci - aFRR. Navazující část je věnována popisu nařízení EBGL a souvisejícího implementačního rámce aFRR. Praktická část práce se věnuje analýze dostupných regulační záloh. Dále pak obsahuje simulaci přínosu spolupráce v rámci společné evropské aFRR-platformy s využitím žebříčku nabídkových cen. Závěrečná část práce je věnována doporučením pro změnu legislativy vyplývajícím z předchozích částí diplomové práce.The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the description of the current form of ancillary services in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on secondary regulation - aFRR. The followed-up part describes the EBGL Regulation and the aFRR implementation framework. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of aFRR balancing capacity and simulation of the benefits of cooperation within the platform using the common merit order list. The final part of the thesis is the recommendation for changing the legislation determining from the previous parts of diploma thesis.
