Finanční analýza společnosti Fermata, a.s.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je aplikovat vybrané nástroje a metody finanční analýzy na podnik Fermata, a.s., a na základě výsledků analýzy zhodnotit finanční zdraví podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je nejprve definována podstata finanční analýzy, její funkce, uživatelé a zdroje vstupních dat pro její zpracování. Následně jsou rozebrány vybrané metody, které budou aplikovány v praktické části. V praktické části je představena společnost a odvětví, do kterého spadá. Dále se praktická část věnuje samotné finanční analýze společnosti Fermata, a.s., kdy jsou aplikovány jednotlivé metody a interpretovány jejich výsledky. Analýza je zpracována za období let 2014 až 2018. V závěru jsou výstupy finanční analýzy shrnuty a společnost je komplexně zhodnocena, případně budou doporučeny změny, které by měla společnost implementovat.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to apply selected tools and methods of the financial analysis to the company Fermata, a.s., and evaluate its financial health based on the results of the analysis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part is firstly stated the keystone of a financial analysis, its functions, users and sources of the facts for its calculations. Then the selected methods, which will be applied in the practical part, are described. In the practical part, there is an introduction about the company and industry, which the company belongs to. The introduction is followed by the whole financial analysis of the company, where all the methods are applied, and their results are explained. The analysis is conducted in the period between 2014 and 2018. At the end, all the outcomes are summarized, and the company is generally evaluated. Eventually, the changes, which should be realized by the company, will be recommended.
