Hodnocení ekonomické efektivity plánovaných vysokorychlostních tratí v RF

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením ekonomické efektivity projektu výstavby vysokorychlostní trati v Ruské federaci. V první části práce jsou uvedeny existující metodiky hodnocení veřejných stavebních projektů, popisuje se praxe jiných států ve výstavbě VRT sítí a současná situace v přípravě výstavby VRT v RF. Ve druhé části se navrhuje a následně se aplikuje metodika pro posouzení ekonomické efektivity konkrétní trati a vhodnosti investic do její výstavby.This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of economic effectivity of the project of the first high speed railway in Russia. The first part of the thesis introduces the existing methods of the economic evaluation of the public construction projects, describes the experience of the different countries with the high-speed networks, sustainability and profitability of these networks. There is also described the current situation in the preparation of the HSR construction in Russian federation. In the second part of the thesis, the methodology for the economic evaluation of the specific railway is proposed and subsequently applied to evaluate the project and justify the investments.
