Studie vlastností desek plošných spojů

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit čtenářům problematiku z oblasti desek plošných spojů a procesu pájení. Teoretická část je zaměřena na proces pájení, různé technologie pájení, vlastnosti substrátů a chyby vznikající během této činnosti či jejich vliv na funkci desky. Praktická část zkoumá teplotní roztažnost desky v ose „Z“. Společně s popisem měření, použitými přístroji a naměřenými daty je zde též i vyhodnocení výsledků.A goal of this diploma thesis is to intruduce to the readears problematics from printed circuit boards area and the process of soldering. The teoretical part is focused on the process of soldering, technologies of soldering, substrate properties and defects that can develop during this action. The practical part investigate the thermical expansion in Z axis. The description of the measurement, measured data and its evaluation is also included.
