Provádění dlažeb za pomoci robotického systému

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá prováděním dláždění za pomocí robotického systému. V práci je obsažena rešerše aktuálního stavu využívání robotů k dláždění. Pokračuje popisem Průmyslu 4.0 a problematikou zavedení Stavebnictví 4.0. Dále obsahuje ukazatele, ze kterých je zřejmá nutnost posunout stavebnictví k automatizovaným systémům. Poté byl zpracován modelovaný pracovní postup robotického systému provádějícího pokládku dlažby. V praktické části byla část tohoto pracovního postupu demonstrována a nakonec došlo k multikriteriálnímu porovnání robotického systému s lidským pracovníkem.This diploma thesis deals with tiling works thanks to the help of robotic system. The thesis contains a review of the current state of the use of robots for tiling works. It continues with the description of Industry 4.0 and the issue of implementation of Construction 4.0. It also contains indicators that indicate the need to move the construction industry to automated systems. Then the modelled workflow of the robotic system laying tiles was worked out. In the practical part a part of this workflow was demonstrated, and in the end, there was a multicriterial compared of the robotic system with a human worker.
