Požární ochrana nástřikem na bázi H-Cementu

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na požární ochranu nástřikem na bázi hybridního cementu. Součástí práce je popis materiálu, jeho vlastností za zvýšených teplot, návrh receptur pro běžné a lehčené malty pro ochranu ocelových prvků. Podle receptur jsou vyrobeny zkušební vzorky. Je stanovena pevnost dané směsi za ohybu a tlaku a odolnost za zvýšené teploty a tepelně technické vlastnosti. Pro stanovení pevností je využit trhací stroj MTS. Pro ověření požární odolnosti experiment v malorozměrové peci, který je navržen numerickým modelem CFD. Tepelná vodivost je stanovena analytickým modelem a metodou konečných prvků v programu ANSYS. Poznatky diplomové práce lze využít pro přípravu normové zkoušky zvýšení požární odolnosti navržené směsi jako požární ochrana v praxi.The diploma thesis is focused on fire protection by spraying based on hybrid cement. Part of the work is a description of the material, its properties at elevated temperatures, the design of recipes for common and lightweight spray for the protection of steel elements. Test samples are made according to designed recipes. The bending and compression strength of the mixture and the resistance to elevated temperature and thermal properties are determined. For determination of strength is used testing machine MTS. For verification of fire resistance experiment in small furnace is designed by numerical model CFD. Thermal conductivity is determined by analytical model and validated finite element method in ANSYS software. The findings of the thesis can be used for the preparation of the standard test for improvement of fire resistance by the proposed mixture as a fire protection in practice.
