DOTVOŘENÍ SEVERNÍHO NÁBŘEŽÍ HOLEŠOVIC

Abstract

Práce se zabývá řešením transformačního území MČ Praha 7 v severní části holešovického meandru, resp. jeho část přiléhající k levému břehu Vltavy vymezená ulicí U Pergamenky. V úvodní části práce je popsán a stanoven charakter celé čtvrti, který slouží jako teoretický podklad pro návrh. Cílem návrhu je oživení území a jeho lepší zapojení do organismu okolního města a znovu nalezení řádu ve struktuře zástavby. Součástí návrhu je nové náměstí s kostelem, které se stává novým místním centrem.The thesis deals with the transformation area of ​​Prague 7 in the northern part of the Holešovice meander, respectively. its part adjacent to the left bank of the Vltava river delimited by U Pergamenky Street. The introductory part of the thesis describes and determines the character of the whole quarter, which serves as a theoretical basis for the design. The aim of the design is to revitalize the area and its better involvement to the organism of the city and to find the order in the structure of the development. Part of the design is a new church square, which is becoming the new local center.
