Porovnání mechanických vlastností zdiva pojeného tenkovrstvými maltami za různých podmínek

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na porovnání mechanických vlastností nově vyráběné silikátově-disperzní tenkovrstvé malty s běžně používanou tenkovrstvou maltou na cementové bázi. V úvodu jsou popsány vlastnosti jednotlivých tenkovrstvých malt. V další části je navržen zkušební postup, tvar zkušebních těles, metodika vyhodnocování a podmínky jednotlivých zkoušek. Následuje popis jednotlivých zkoušek za různých podmínek a jejich výsledky. Proměnnými podmínkami jsou: doba tvrdnutí, teplota prostředí, vlhkost zdicích prvků a prodleva mezi nanesením malty a uložením zdicího prvku. Na závěr jsou výsledky vyhodnoceny a je zhodnocen vliv jednotlivých podmínek na novou i běžně používanou tenkovrstvou maltu.This diploma thesis is focused on the comparison of mechanical properties of a new type of silicate-dispersion thin-layer mortar with common cement-based thin-layer mortar. In the introduction, the properties of both thin-layer mortars are described. Further, testing methods, specimen setup, evaluation procedure and conditions of particular experiments are proposed. The thesis continues with the description of experiments carried out at different conditions and their results. The varied conditions are: setting time, ambient temperature, humidity of masonry units and the delay between the application of mortar and the placement of a masonry unit. In the end, the results are summarized and the influence of particular conditions on both new and standard thin-layer mortar is evaluated.
