Analýza a vyhodnocení specifik projektu Dýrafjarðargöng

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je věnována tématu analýzy a vyhodnocení specifik zahraničního stavebního projektu na příkladu tunelu Dýrafjörður , který realizovala firma Metrostav a.s. na Islandu jako již svůj třetí islandský projekt. V teoretické části se zabývám způsobem a formou realizace stavby podzemního díla, se zaměřením na smluvní vztahy, FIDIC a dodavatelské modely zahraničních zakázek. Dále se věnuji rozboru tvorby ceny zahraniční zakázky a popisuji rizika stavebních projektů se zaměřením na podzemní stavby. V praktické části uvádím přehled tunelovacích metod se zaměřením na metodu Drill&Blast a stručný popis předchozího tunelového projektu Norðfjarðargöng . Těžištěm mé práce je představení specifik projektu Dýrafjarðargöng včetně analýzy a vyhodnocení nákladů na 1m3 ražeb, který jsem porovnávala s výše zmíněným tunelem Norðfjörður . Součástí mé práce je také stručný průzkum spokojenosti pracovníků na projektu.This thesis is devoted to the topic of analysis and evaluation of the specifics of the foreign construction project on the example of the Dýrafjörður tunnel, which was carried out by Metrostav a.s. in Iceland. In the theoretical part, I deal with the way and form of the construction of an underground work, focusing on contractual relations, FIDIC and supply models of foreign contracts. Furthermore, I am analysing the pricing of foreign contracts and describing the risks of construction projects with a focus on underground construction. In the practical part I provide an overview of tunnelling methods with a focus on the Drill&Blast method and a brief description of the previous Norðfjörður tunnel project. The focus of my work is the introduction of the specifics of the Dýrafjarðargöng project, including the analysis and evaluation of the costs of 1m3 excavated tunnel, which I compared with the above mentioned Norðfjörður tunnel. Part of my work is also a brief survey of the satisfaction of workers on the project.
