Sušení biomasy v sušárnách s nepřímým otopem

Abstract

Práce se zabývá kontaktním sušením. Popisuje vhodné metody sušení a sušárny pro sušení biomasy s vysokým obsahem vody. Teoreticky popisuje proces kontaktního sušení a vliv změny provozních parametrů sušárny na průběh sušení. Součástí práce jsou experimentálně naměřená data získaná měřením na kontaktní sušárně a vyhodnocení naměřených dat. Z teoretických poznatků a z experimentálně zjištěných dat je proveden návrh sušárny dle zadání a následně je vyhodnocen vliv změny provozních parametrů na návrh sušárny.This thesis describes the contact drying process. It describes suitable methods of drying and dryers for biomass with high content of water. In the theoretical part, the process of contact drying and the influence of changes of operating parameters of a dryer to the drying process are described. As a part of the work, experimentally measured data collected from measuring on an indirectly heated dryer are presented and evaluated. Based on the theoretical knowledge and experimentally determined data, a dryer is designed with respect to the assignment and the effect of a change of the operational parameters on the dryer design is evaluated.
