Vývoj cen elektřiny v ČR a v zahraničí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem cen na trhu s elektřinou. Důraz je kladen zejména na maloobchodní ceny pro domácnosti ve vybraných zemích EU, z hlediska jejich vývojových trendů a jednotlivých komponent: energie, síťové poplatky, daně a odvody. Nejprve je shrnut rámec vývoje celoevropského trhu s elektřinou a role spotřebitele, dále jednotlivé komponenty ceny. Při popisu energetické komponenty jsou zohledněny vzájemné vazby mezi energetickými komoditami a vliv palivových a emisních nákladů na velkoobchodní ceny elektřiny. Dále jsou porovnány tarifní sazby jednotlivých zemí a výše daní a odvodů. Poslední částí práce je datová analýza vývoje koncových cen pro jednotlivé skupiny domácností a porovnání poměrů mezi jednotlivými komponentami jednotlivých států.The diploma thesis focuses on the evolution of electricity market prices. The emphasis is on retail prices for households in selected EU countries in terms of their development trends and individual components: energy, network charges, taxes and levies. First, the framework of the development of the European electricity market and the role of the consumer is summarized, followed by the individual components of the price. The description of the energy component considers the interrelationships between energy commodities and the impact of fuel and emission costs on wholesale electricity prices. Furthermore, the tariff rates of individual countries and the level of taxes and levies are compared. The last part of the thesis is a data analysis of the development of end prices for individual groups of households and a comparison of ratios between individual components of individual countries.
