Výběr optimální varianty vytápění pro rodinný dům

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem vhodné varianty vytápění pro konkrétní rodinný dům. V první části je rozebrán energetický audit, energetický posudek a průkaz energetické náročnosti budov jakožto nástroj k výběru nejvhodnější varianty vytápění. Následuje přehled a popis možností vytápění, které připadají v úvahu pro daný rodinný dům. S cílem minimalizace finančních výdajů je v práci věnována kapitola o možnostech získání dotace. Hlavní část práce tvoří výběr a popis konkrétních variant. U každé varianty je spočítána její čistá současná hodnota, která je následně pomocí poměrné anuity převedena na roční ekvivalentní peněžní tok kvůli rozdílným dobám životností zdrojů tepla. Vytvořeny jsou dva scénáře. První zobrazuje pokračování stávající situace, kdy v domě bydlí dvě osoby, druhý počítá s navýšením o 4 obyvatele. Výsledkem je výběr ekonomicky nejvýhodnější varianty vytápění rodinného domu.The Bachelor thesis concerns with the selection of the optimal heating for the house. In the first part the Energetic audit is described as an instrument for the selection of an appropriate option for heating. Afterwards, there is the overview and the description of options of heating, which are convenient for given house. With the purpose of minimization financial costs, there is a chapter about options how to acquire the grant. The main part of this Bachelor thesis is composed of the descrption of the certain option. The Net present vaule is calculated for each option and consequenty it is recalculated to the Annual equivalent cash flow with annuity because of the different lifetime period. Two variants are created. The first of them descibes the situation with two people living in the house. The other is calculated for extra four people. The result of the thesis is the selection of the most economical option of heating.
