Abstract
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza změn ve zpoplatnění použití dráhy v České republice v rámci formování jednotného železničního prostoru a rozbor jejich souladu s platnou evropskou legislativou, analýza nového cenového modelu SŽDC a jeho aplikace na příkladech a identifikace možností dalšího rozvoje zpoplatnění dráhy, jakožto nástroje harmonizace mezi jednotlivými druhy dopravy.
The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the changes of track access charges in the Czech Republic in terms of to cross-boarder agreements in the area of railway transport and an analysis of their compliance with applicable EU legistlation. Next part analyses the new SŽDC pricing model with demonstration on examples and identifies future development possibilities of the track access charges as an instrument of transport types harmonization.
