Návrh sjednocení požadavků na heliporty v EU

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Návrh sjednocení požadavků na heliporty v EU" je analýza standardů ICAO na území České republiky, Německa, Španělska, Slovinska, Velké Británie, Lucemburska a Nizozemska se zaměřením na konkrétní požadavky vybavení heliportů uvedených předpisem Annex 14 Volume II. Cílem je poskytnout ucelený přehled týkající se dodržování předpisu v reálné praxi. Teoretická část práce obsahuje obecný popis pravidel letu, na základě kterého se odlišují v ní zmíněné předpisové požadavky pro vybavení heliportů. Společně tak s kapitolou charakterizující možnosti přiblížení vrtulníků na místo přistání slouží k utvoření komplexního přehledu o problematice, kterou se práce zabývá. Praktická část řeší dodržování předpisových požadavků na heliporty v daném státě. Na základě výsledků provedeného výzkumu jsou v textu zmíněny jak objevené nesoulady, tak i příčiny jejich vzniku a navržené úpravy, kterými by je bylo možné eliminovat.The subject matter of this bachelor thesis "Proposal to Unify Heliport Requirements in the EU" is an analysis of ICAO Standards in the Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, Slovenia, Great Britain, Luxembourg and the Netherlands with a focus on specific requirements of heliport equipment specified in Annex 14 Volume II. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a general description of the flight rules, on the basis of which requirements for heliport equipment mentioned in the document differ. Alongside with the chapter describing the helicopter approach to the landing, they serve to create a comprehensive overview of issues which is the thesis dealing with. The practical part is aimed at compliance with the regulations for heliports in individual states. Based on the results of the research the document mentions both discovered discrepancies along with their causes and propounded adjustments that could be used to eliminate the irregularities.
