Studie proveditelnosti - založení cupcake pekárny v Praze

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování studie proveditelnosti pro plánovaný projekt založení pekárny na cupcakes za účelem zjištění, zda je tento projekt konkurenceschopný a zda je vhodný k realizaci. Studie proveditelnosti je zpracována na období 5 let dle scénářových přístupů. Studie proveditelnosti může v budoucnu sloužit jako podklad ke vstupu dalších investorů. Teoretická část diplomové práce je rešerší literatury, věnuje se studii proveditelnosti a jejím náležitostem, marketingovému a finančnímu plánování. Praktická část obsahuje samotnou studii proveditelnosti, tak jak je definována v teoretické části diplomové práce.The aim of the thesis is to prepare a feasibility study for a planned cupcakes bakery project in order to determine whether this project is competitive and suitable for implementation. The feasibility study is prepared for a period of 5 years according to scenario approaches. In the future, a feasibility study can be used for investors if they would like to enter a project. The theoretical part of the thesis is a literature review, devoted to the feasibility study and its essentials, marketing and financial planning. The practical part contains the feasibility study itself as defined in the theoretical part of the thesis
