Abstract
Ve své práci se zabývám zhodnocením konkurenceschopnosti společnosti, která působí v oblasti elektromobility, a průzkumem trhu. Ke zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti poslouží několik analýz strategického managementu a analýza nákladů na životní cyklus. Výstupem je pak zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek společnosti a návrh opatření, která může společnost provést ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti.
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the assessment of the competitiveness and the market research for an electromobility company. I use several analyses from strategic management and the analysis of total cost of ownership to evaluate the competitiveness. The output of this thesis is the assessment of strong and weak points of the company and proposal of competitive strategy to improve the competitiveness.
