Abstract
Rešeršní část bakalářské popisuje: technologického postupu výroby piva v průmyslovém pivovaru, popis principu domácího mikropivovaru a porovnání na trhu dostupných mikropivovarů. Praktická část spočívá v návrhu varny domácího mikropivovaru a odhadu jeho ceny.
The literature review of this bachelor thesis describes following points: the technological process of beer production in industrial brewery, the principle home microbrewery and comparison of market-available microbreweries. The practical part consists of the design of the brewhouse for home brewing purposes and its price estimate.
