Mechanické vlastností šitého spoje pro rekonstrukce srdeční chlopně

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mechanickými vlastnostmi vzorků nativních cípů aortální chlopně a vzorků s vytvořenými chirurgickými stehy. Byly vybrány tři typy stehů, které se používají pro plastiku cípů chlopně při léčbě nedomykavosti. Cílem práce bylo posoudit, zda vytvořené chirurgické stehy mají vliv na změnu mechanických vlastností cípů chlopně a zda se prokazatelně liší mechanické vlastnosti mezi jednotlivými typy stehů. Pro porovnání mechanických vlastností byla vybrána metoda jednoosé tahové zkoušky. Jednotlivé typy vzorků byly porovnány pomocí modulů pružnosti získaných ve stejných deformačních stavech.This bachelor´s thesis deals with mechanical properties of specimen of native leaflets of aortic valve and specimen with created surgical stitches. We chose three types of stitches which are used for plastic surgeries of valve leaflets to cure regurgitation. The goal of this thesis is to assess if created surgical stitches have inluence to change mechanical properties of valve leaflets and if mechanical properties different demonstrably among chosen types of stitches. It was chosen method of uniaxial tensile test to compare mechanical properties. Different types of specimen have been compared using modulus of elasticity for same deformation states.
