Abstract
V této práci se zabývám problematikou kol pro vozy kategorie Formula Student. Shrnuji zde použitelné alternativy a hodnotím jejich vhodnost pro dané použití. V praktické části jsem analyzoval zatížení ráfku v různých zátěžných stavech, zvolil vhodný materiál, technologii výroby a provedl MKP analýzu. Součástí práce je i tahová zkouška zvoleného uhlíkového kompozitu a kalibrace materiálových modelů ve výpočetním SW. Vyvinutý kompozitový límec ráfku je určený k použití na voze FS.11.
In this paper I have performed the problematics of wheels used for Formula Student category cars. I have summarized all usable alternatives and evaluated them from the point of view of their suitability for the given purpose. In the practical part of the paper I have analysed a load of the wheel in different load cases. Then I have chosen suitable materials, manufacturing technology and made a FEM analysis. The paper also includes a tensile test of the chosen carbon composite material and the material model calibration using suitable computing software. The carbon composite wheel collar is intended for use in the FS.11 car.
