Identifikace a hodnocení rizik procesu výroby lisovacích nástrojů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá identifikací a hodnocením rizik v procesu výroby lisovacích nástrojů pro výrobu blatníku karoserie automobilu. V teoretické části je krátce popsána technologie tváření. Následuje rešerše metod využívaných pro identifikaci a hodnocení rizik. Praktická část se věnuje analýze stávajícího stavu procesu výroby lisovacích nástrojů. Následně jsou pomocí metody FMEA identifikována a ohodnocena rizika ve fázi koncepčního plánování. Pomocí Paretovy analýzy jsou dle priority rozřazena do dvou skupin a v poslední části navržena preventivní opatření. Prioritní rizika jsou poté vyhodnocena z ekonomického hlediska.This diploma thesis studies the identification and analyses of the risks associated with the production of pressing tools employed by the automotive industry in fender manufacturing. The theoretical part of the thesis briefly introduces the forming technology theory, followed by a review of risk identification and evaluation methodology. The practical part analyses the current conditions in the fender pressing tools manufacturing. Subsequently, the FMEA method is utilized as a framework for risk identification and assessment. The risks are then organized into two categories pursuing to the Pareto analysis. In conclusion, this thesis proposes preventive measures and prioritized risks are evaluated economically.
