Rám pro uchycení automobilových převodovek na otevřeném zkušebním stavu.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem rámu pro uchycení automobilové převodovky na otevřený zkušební stav. Cílem práce je zkonstruovat rám, který umožní pohánět převodovku přes rozjezdovou spojku, nebo přímo přes vstupní hřídel převodovky. Rám je navržen tak, aby byl výškové i stranově stavitelný pro nastavení souososti uchycené převodovky a dynamometru. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny důvody použití převodovek v automobilech a jednotlivá konstrukční řešení, která jsou v převodovkách používána. Dále je v teoretické části vysvětlen důvod testování převodovek a skladba zkušebního stanoviště, na kterém zkoušky probíhají.This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the frame for attaching the automotive gearbox to an open test bench. The aim of the work is to construct a frame that will allow the gearbox to be driven through the clutch or directly through the gearbox input shaft. The frame allows to set the height and side position of the gearbox. The theoretical part explains the reasons for the use of gearboxes in cars and the individual design solutions used in gearboxes. Furthermore, the theoretical part explains the reason for testing the gearboxes and the composition of the testing stand.
