Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá technologií tlakového lití. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na analýzu teplotních polí forem používaných při výrobě odlitků z hliníkových slitin. Teplotní pole jsou zkoumána primárně termografií. Následně jsou daná pole porovnávána se simulacemi příslušných forem. Vzhledem ke značným rozdílům mezi termograficky zkoumanými formami a jejich simulacemi se přechází k optimalizaci simulací pomocí revize počátečních a okrajových podmínek.
This thesis deals with the technology of die casting. Specifically, it focuses on the temperature field of the molds used in the production of aluminum alloy castings. Thermal fields are examined primarily by thermography. Subsequently, the fields are compared with simulations of the respective forms. Due to the considerable differences between thermographically examined forms and their simulations the thesis steps towards the optimization of the simulations by revising the initial and boundary conditions.
