Abstract
Cílem projektu bylo vytvořit kvalitní prostor náměstí a vytvořit takové struktury, které by podpořily a zkvalitnily život na Mariánském náměstí. Zároveň bylo také cílem vytvořit podmínky pro budoucí existenci divadla na tomto území. V architektonické části se práce věnuje polyfunkčnímu bloku, který svou hmotou definuje nový prostor náměstí a prostřednictvím jehož je zajištěna pestrost funkcí a služeb a rovnoměrné vytížení území v průběhu dne. Blok současně poskytuje nové prostory pro Dům dětí a mládeže a komunitní centrum.
The aim of the project was to create a quality space in the square and to create structures that would support and improve the quality of life in Marianske Square. At the same time, the aim was to create conditions for the future existence of the theater in this area. In the architectural part, the work deals with the multifunctional block, defining the new space of the square and assuring the diversity of functions and services and the uniform utilization of the territory during the day. The block also provides new space for the Children and Youth House and the Community Center.
