Finanční analýza vybraných stavebních společností a porovnání s průměrnými ukazateli za odvětví

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma finanční situace vybraných stavebních společností a jejich vzájemné porovnání s průměrnými hodnotami za odvětví a všech posuzovaných společností. Skládá se ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. První část je věnována teorii, co to vlastně finanční analýza je, jaké jsou k ní zapotřebí vstupy, kdo je uživatelem této analýzy. Podrobněji se zaměřuje na metodu finanční analýzy pomocí poměrových ukazatelů, která je dále využita v části praktické. Období posuzovaných společností je mezi roky 2014 a 2017.The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of the financial situation of selected construction companies and their mutual comparison with the average values for the industry and all assessed companies. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part is devoted to the theory of what financial analysis is, what is the input, who is the user of this analysis. It focuses in more detail on the method of financial analysis using ratio indicators, which is further used in the practical part. The period under review is between 2014 and 2017.
