Stavebně technologický projekt – Bytový dům Rokytka

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování stavebně-technologického projektu pro bytový dům Park Rokytka. Autor se zabývá technologickou a časovou návazností výstavby bytového objektu. Cílem práce je zhodnocení předané dokumentace pro stavební povolení a následné navržení časového a technologického řešení výstavby objektu, především navržení časového a technologického postupu stavebních procesů. Práce se soustředí na navržení minimalizováných časových prodlev při nasazení ideálního počtu pracovníků. Projekt obsahuje také jednotlivé fáze zařízení staveniště.The subject of the bachelor thesis is construction-technological project of the residential building Park Rokytka. The author pursues the technological and time continuity of the construction of the residential building. The objective of the thesis is evaluation of project documentation for building permit and then to propose a time and technological solution of the construction of the building, especially design of the time and technological progress of the building processes. The thesis focuses on suggesting minimization of time delays when employing an ideal number of workers. The project also includes the individual stages of the construction site.
