Finanční analýza a porovnání výkonnosti dvou stavebních podniků

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování finanční analýzy a porovnání výkonnosti dvou vybraných stavebních podniků TERMIL s.r.o. a 1.jizerskohorská stavební společnost, s.r.o. Práce je zpracována do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a zabývá se vysvětlením pojmu finanční analýza a jejími metodami pro mezipodnikové porovnání, které jsou následně použity v druhé, praktické části. V druhé (praktické) části jsou představeny stavební podniky, které jsou předmětem porovnání, a následně analyzovány metodami finanční analýzy za období let 2014 až 2017. Jednotlivé výstupy analýz jsou v průběhu práce porovnávány a v závěru zhodnoceny.The aim of this thesis is to elaborate financial analysis and compare performance of two selected construction companies TERMIL s.r.o. and 1.jizerskohorská stavební společnost, s.r.o. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with explaining the concept of financial analysis and its methods for intercompany comparison which are used in the second, practical, part of the thesis. This practical part introduces the construction companies which are the subject of the comparison, and then investigates the methods of financial analysis from the years 2014 to 2017. The individual results of these analyses are compared and evaluated at the end of this thesis.
