Abstract

Novostavba bytového domu se nachází v Terezíně na společné parcele s bývalou vojenskou nemocnicí. Jedná se především o dostupné bydlení, objekt je jednoduchý, jasně čitelný a pomyslně uzavírá blok. Má čtyři nadzemní podlaží a pochozí střechu, je neposklepený. V 1NP se nachází parkování a průchod s kavárnou a obchodem, v ostatních patrech jsou bytové jednotky. Průchod ústí do otevřeného vnitrobloku, který je určen všem obyvatelům Terezína.New apartment building is located in Terezín, on the same parcel original military hospital is located as well. It is mainly affordable housing, the design of the building is very simple and easy to recognize, it visually closes the block. The building has 4 floors and a flat roof where it is possible to spend free time. The building has no basement. On the 1st floor there is placed a parking and a passage with café and shop. On the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor there are flats. The passage leads to a courtyard which serves to everyone in Terezín.
