Návrh konstrukce bytového domu s komerčními prostory

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizace konstrukčního systému a návrh vybraných konstrukčních prvku bytového domu s komerčními prostory. Vstupním podkladem pro tuto práci je projektová dokumentace ve stupni DSP. V úvodní části se nachází popis objektu včetně schémat půdorysů a řezu. Také popis změn optimalizujících původní řešení objektu. Statická část se zabývá výpočtem zatíženi působícího na konstrukci objektu, které je následně použito jako jeden ze vstupních parametrů pro návrh konstrukčních prvku. Předběžným statickým výpočtem jsou navrženy dimenze jednotlivých nosných prvků. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na varianty řešení schodiště a schodišťového prostoru a podrobný výpočet vybrané varianty. A také na návrh dalších konstrukčních prvku V přílohách jsou obsaženy schémata tvaru a výztuže pro nadimenzované prvky. Další součástí diplomové práce je konstrukční, která se zabývá návrhem střešní konstrukce objektu, a geotechnika, která je věnovaná návrhu zajištěni stavební jamy. Jednotlivé části jsou doplněny přílohy znázorňující zvolené řešení.The diploma thesis is focused on the optimization of the structural system and the design of selected structural elements of a residential building with commercial spaces. The basis for this work is the project documentation of documentation for building permission. In the introductory part a description of the building, including floor plans and section .Also a description of the changes optimizing the original object solution. The static part deals with the calculation of the load acting on the structure of the object, which is then used as one of the input parameters for the design of structural elements. Preliminary static calculations are designed for dimensions of individual supporting elements. Next chapters are focused on variants of staircase and detailed calculation of selected variant. And also on the design of other structural elements.Shapes and reinforcement schemes for dimensioned elements are included in the attachments. Another part of the diploma thesis is a design of building structures, which deals with the design of the roof structure of the building, and geotechnics, which is dedicated to the design of securing the construction pit. The individual parts are supplemented with attachments showing the selected solution.
