Abstract
Obsahem této diplomové práce je představení problematiky rozvozu hotových výrobků mezi pivovarem, distribučními centry a nadnárodními řetězci v rámci primární distribuce. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současnou situaci, navrhnout metodu optimalizace distribučního procesu a zhodnotit dosažené výsledky. Navržená optimalizace může dále posloužit jako návod na zlepšení v oblasti distribuci pivovarnických výrobků pro obchodní řetězce.
The content of this diploma thesis is the presentation of the issue of distribution of finished products between brewery, distribution centres and supermarkets within the primary distribution. The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the current situation, propose the method of optimization of the distribution process and evaluate reached results. The proposed optimization can further serve as a guidance for improvement in the area of distribution of brewer's products for supermarkets.
