Ekonomika železniční dopravy z pohledu objednatele

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením a porovnáním různých typů klíčování nákladů v železniční dopravě. V první části jsou uvedeny základní charakteristické prvky a dopravci působící v České republice. Následuje analýza trhu podle objednatelů a rozložení provozu, kde jsou uvedena specifika provozu, základní typy smluv, jejich rizika a možnost liberalizace. V praktické části je popis a kalkulace jednotlivých položek výchozího finančního modelu. Následuje definice několika typů klíčování nákladů, včetně jejich výpočtu. Další část práce se zabývá vykazováním nákladů železničního provozu, přiměřeným ziskem a prokazatelnou ztrátou. V závěru práce je uvedeno financování železniční dopravy v České republice - kompenzace a dotace.The subject of this master thesis is to introduce and compare specific parts of freight rail transport costs. In the beginning of the theory section, an overview of Czech rail transport service providers is carried out. Theory section then continues with an analysis of all freight rail service providers in terms of the market share. The analysis consists of traffic specifications, railway contracts, the incoming risks and the option of railway liberalization. The method section is done as an explanation of the used calculation methods of the financial model. Next a definition of all the related costs is made together with a practical example of the calculation. Final part of the method section is focused on Czech freight provider costs, profits and losses. The very last part of the thesis is an overview of the means of financing rail traffic in the Czech Republic in terms of subsidies and compensations.
