Tištěné elektronické struktury

Abstract

V této práci se zabývám shrnutím technologií tisku elektronických struktur a tisku vzorků tranzistoru. První část je věnována možnostem tisku elektroniky. Detailně se zabývám inkjet tiskem, kterým jsou následně implementovány tranzistory. V druhé části se věnuji strukturám TFT a charakterizaci vrstvy ZnO použité jako polovodičový kanál tranzistoru. Dále jsou zde uvedeny naměřené výstupní charakteristiky tranzistoru a v závěru následně shrnuty výsledky.Main focus of this work is a summary of~printed electronic structures and printing of transistor samples. In the first section I am describing options~of printing techniques for electronics. Main part is about inkjet printing, which is then used to implement samples of transistor. In the second section are described structures of TFT and characterization of ZnO. Zinc oxide is used as a semiconducting channel of transistor. At last there are placed output characteristics of the the transistor and in conclusion are discussed results.
