Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře s chybami, které se mohou vyskytnout na desce plošného spoje se zaměřením na dutiny ve spojích. Teoretická část pojednává o teorii pájení, vysvětluje základní vlastnosti pájeného spoje, různé technologie pájení a popisuje chyby, které se na DPS mohou objevit. Praktická část je zaměřena na zkoumání různých vnějších vlivů na vznik dutin ve spojích.
A goal of this diploma thesis is to introduce the reader defects that can appear on printed circuits board, mainly voids. The theoretical part deals with soldering theory, it explains basic attributes of soldered joint, different soldering technologies and it describes defects that can appear on PCB. The practical part is focused on examination of various factors that can have affection on voids growth.
