Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá systém odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Cílem je analyzovat systém odměňování a motivaci zaměstnanců a následně nalézt vhodný způsob odměňování, který by vedl ke zlepšení stavu. V teoretické části jsem čerpala z odborné literatury základní pojmy a teorii spjatou s daným tématem. Praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou vybrané společnosti a jejího současného systému odměňování a motivací zaměstnanců. Výsledkem je návrh nových řešení ve způsobu odměňování ve vybrané společnosti a návrh systému spravedlivého odměňování.
The bachelor thesis deals with the system of rewarding employees in the selected organization. The aim is to analyse the system of rewarding and motivation of employees and subsequently find a suitable method of rewarding them that would lead to improvement of the situation. In the theoretical part, I drew from the literature the basic concepts and theories related to the topic. The practical part deals with the characteristics of the selected company and its current system of rewarding and motivation of employees. The result is a proposal for new rewarding solutions in the selected company and a proposal for a fair rewarding system.
