Abstract
V diplomové práci je obsažena teoretická a praktická část. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s makroekonomickou a mikroekonomickou analýzou podniku. Dále jsou zde popsány různé metody pro stanovení hodnoty společnosti. Na teoretickou část je navázaná část praktická, která analyzuje vybraný podnik YZ. Praktická část obsahuje stanovení hodnoty společnosti různými výnosovými metodami. V závěru práce jsou popsána doporučení pro oceněnou společnost.
The diploma thesis contains theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes and explains the basic concepts associated with the macroeconomic and microeconomic analysis of the company. There are also described various methods for determining the value of the company. The theoretical part is connected with the practical part, which analyzes the selected company YZ. The practical part contains the determination of the company value by different yield methods. In conclusion, the recommendations for the awarded company are described.
