Posouzení finančního zdraví výrobního podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování finanční analýzy a posouzení finanční situace vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlena podstata finanční analýzy, vymezeny důležité pojmy, uživatelé finanční analýzy, zdroje dat pro finanční analýzu a metody finanční analýzy s popisem jednotlivých ukazatelů. Praktická část obsahuje základní údaje o vybraném podniku, orgány a organizační strukturu podniku, profil a stručnou historii podniku, a především aplikaci jednotlivých metod a nástrojů finanční analýzy. V závěru práce je vyhodnoceno celkové finanční zdraví podniku a uvedena doporučení pro jeho zlepšení.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to prepare a financial analysis and evaluate the financial situation of the company. The thesis is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the essence of financial analysis, defines important concepts, users, data resources for financial analysis and methods of financial analysis with description of individual indicators. The practical part contains basic information about selected company, organs and organizational structure of the company, profile and brief history of the company and especially the application of individual methods and tools of financial analysis. In conclusion, the company's overall financial health and recommendations for its improvement are evaluated.
