Abstract
V bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na proces změny právní formy společnosti s ručením omezeným na akciovou společnost. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části popisuji druhy přeměn obchodních společností definované českými zákony, které jsou pak následně aplikovány v praktické části. Praktická část se zabývá popisem procesu změny právní formy konkrétní společnosti s ručením omezeným a její právní přeměnou na akciovou společnost.
This bachelor thesis deals with the process of changing the legal form of public limited company to joint - stock company. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part, I focus on describing the information about capital companies defined by Czech legislation that I describe in practical part of my thesis. The practical part deals with the description of particular public limited company and legal conversion of this company to joint-stock company
