Dimenzování vodičů pro osobní automobily

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dimenzováním vodičů pro osobní automobily. To v sobě zahrnuje kritéria dimenzování vodičů, přehled vlastností používaných materiálů k výrobě vodivých jader a izolací vodičů a způsob značení vodičů používaných v automobilovém průmyslu. Praktická technická část práce se věnuje měření oteplení vodičů vzhledem k teplotě okolí a použité izolaci v závislosti na procházejícím elektrickému proudu vodičem. Účelem tohoto měření je porovnat naměřené hodnoty s hodnotami udávanými interní normou používanou pro dimenzování vodičů v automobilovém průmyslu. Výsledkem této části práce je návrh technického řešení redukce průřezu vodičů v automobilu. Ekonomická část práce obsahuje určení a výpočet nákladů a úspor technického návrhu redukce průřezů vodičů a vyhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice do tohoto návrhu.This bachelor thesis deals with wires dimensioning for passenger cars. This includes the criteria of dimensioning for automotive industry, overview of the properties of the materials used for conductive cores and wire insulation and a method of marking the wires used in the automotive industry. The technical practical part of the thesis is devoted to the measurement of the conductor warming with respect to the ambient temperature, the insulation used and the electrical current passing through the wire. All this in order to compare the measured values with the values given by the internal standard used for sizing the wires in the automotive industry. The result of this part is a proposal of a technical solution for reducing the cross-section of wires in a car. The economic part of the thesis includes determination and calculation of costs and savings of technical design of conductor cross-section reduction and evaluation of economic efficiency of investment in this proposal.
