Databáza pacientov pre Centrum epilepsie nemocnice Motol

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce bola úprava informačného systému EPICHIR na základe požiadaviek od Kliniky detskej neurológie FN Motol, ktorá bola zadávateľom práce. Informačný systém EPICHIR je na báze webovej aplikácie a daným nemocničným oddelením je využívaný ako kartotéka pacientov trpiacích epilepsiou. Časť tohto dokumentu opisuje implementáciu zmien vykonaných v informačnom systéme, menovite v používateľskom rozhraní a v databáze podľa chronolologicky zadaných požiadaviek klienta. V ďalšej časti je priblížený proces importovania dát z dokumentu tabuľkového editora do informačného systému pomocou konfigurovateľnej Java aplikácie vytvorenej k tomuto účelu.The goal of the master thesis was modification of the information system EPICHIR based on requirements from the Department of Paediatric Neurology, Motol University Hospital, which acted as a contracting authority. Information system EPICHIR is built on a web application, and is used by the department as a register of patients suffering from epilepsy. A part of this document describes the implementation of changes made in the information system, specifically in the user interface and in the database according to the requirements chronologically assigned by the client. Next section illustrates the process of importing the data from the table editor document to the information system through a configurable Java-based application created for this purpose.
