Rešerše a formalizace rolí při využití informačního modelování staveb (BIM)

Abstract

Diplomová práce má za hlavní cíl navrhnout role v BIM pro českou praxi. K řešení tohoto problému bylo nejdříve potřeba vysvětlit, co jsou role v BIM. Různé role v BIM byly zmapovány průzkumem české a především světové literatury, výsledky průzkumu byly posléze ověřeny dotazováním české praxe. Pro zjištění, jak jsou role v BIM vnímány a užívány, byly na toto téma dotázáni zástupci podniků a organizací, které se v České republice problematikou BIM zabývají. Dále byl vytvořen dotazník, který měl ověřit, jaké odpovědnosti jsou kterým rolím přisuzovány. Všechny poznatky byly shrnuty a byly vytvořeny tři karty hlavních rolí v BIM pro český trh. Tyto karty rolí byly znovu konzultovány s odborníky BIM problematiky, čímž vznikl upravený finální návrh karet rolí v BIM.The main goal of this thesis is to propose BIM roles for use in Czech building industry. In order to complete the goal, the definition of roles in BIM were explained. Firstly, different roles in BIM were mapped by conducting a research of the Czech and worldwide literature. The results of the research were then verified by personal interviews with Czech professionals within the industry. Representatives of several companies were asked for information to discover, which BIM roles are recognised and used. Afterwards, a questionnaire was designed to check responsibilities that are assigned to particular roles in practice. The information obtained was gathered and analysed to create three main profiles of BIM roles for the Czech building industry. These profiles were then reviewed with several BIM experts to confirm their accuracy and updated to the final version.
